The all-white kiwi chick found in the forest reserve at the National Wildlife Centre in Wellington, New Zealand is just three weeks old. The small animal has been named “Manukura” because it is the first white chick born in captivity. Kiwis are often brown in color. Manukura is the thirteenth of fourteen kiwi chicks born at the wildlife center this season.
